  3. Purpose and basis for data processing:
    1. Replying to a message (question, request) sent via the contact form – the basis for processing is the person’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), understood as sending a message to the Administrator with the expectation of a response.
    2. Statistical and analytical, including profiling – the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, consisting in the possibility of creating statistics and internal analyzes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
    3. Satisfaction survey with the quality of the Administrator’s services or products – the basis for processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest in improving the quality of the products and services offered (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
    4. Determining and pursuing claims and defending against claims – the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is the possibility of pursuing or defending against claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in connection with with the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code).
  4. Who will receive the data: companies from the Żywiec capital group, entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator and in accordance with its guidelines, among others: IT service providers, as well as entities or bodies authorized to receive personal data under applicable law.
  5. Data storage period: Depending on the legal basis, data will be processed until consent is withdrawn, the Administrator’s legitimate interest is realized or an objection is raised to processing based on legitimate interest.
