Bałtycki Lager, a full-bodied light beer, is a regional product from the Elbląg Brewery, brewed using ingredients from suppliers in the region. With its rich, noble flavour and pronounced bitterness, Specjal has been valued in northern Poland for years. Its recipe draws on Elbląg brewing traditions dating back as far as 1872. Crystal clear water, malt from barley grown on selected plantations, special varieties of hops − these are what give the beer its golden colour, pronounced bitterness and distinctive flavour.
